NewJili Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," or "you") and NewJili ("NewJili," "we," "us," or "our"), the operator of the online gaming platform accessible at newjili.one ("Platform").

By completing the registration process, making a deposit, participating in any game or promotion, or otherwise accessing any feature of the NewJili Platform, you acknowledge that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand them, and that you agree to be legally bound by them.

These Terms apply in addition to any game-specific rules, bonus terms, or promotional conditions that may be published on the Platform from time to time. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and any game-specific or promotional rules, these Terms shall prevail unless expressly stated otherwise.

NewJili reserves the right to update, modify, or replace these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform following the publication of any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.

To register and use the NewJili Platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• You must be at least 21 years of age, consistent with Philippine regulations governing participation in casino-style gaming activities.
• You must be a natural person with full legal capacity to enter into binding contracts under applicable law.
• You must not be a resident of, or accessing the Platform from, any jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by law.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, director, officer, or immediate family member of NewJili or any of its affiliated entities, game providers, or payment processors.
• You must not have been previously excluded, suspended, or banned from the NewJili Platform for any reason.
• You must be acting on your own behalf and not as an agent, representative, or nominee of any third party.

NewJili reserves the right to verify your eligibility at any time and to suspend or terminate your account if you are found to be ineligible, without prior notice and without liability to you.

To access the full features of the NewJili Platform, you must create a registered account. The following conditions apply to all NewJili accounts:

• One Account Per Person: Each individual may hold only one active NewJili account. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether using different names, email addresses, payment methods, or devices — is strictly prohibited and will result in the suspension of all associated accounts.
• Accurate Information: You must provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and valid contact details. Providing false or misleading information is a material breach of these Terms.
• Account Security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. NewJili will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to keep your credentials secure.
• Notification of Unauthorized Access: You must notify NewJili immediately at [email protected] if you become aware of or suspect any unauthorized use of your account.
• Identity Verification (KYC): NewJili may require you to complete identity verification procedures at any time, including submission of a government-issued photo ID (such as a Philippine passport, driver's license, or SSS/UMID card), proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership. Failure to complete verification within the required timeframe may result in account restrictions.

NewJili supports the following payment methods for deposits and withdrawals: GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, and Metrobank. All transactions are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱).

Deposits:

• Deposits are credited to your NewJili wallet upon successful confirmation from the payment provider.
• Minimum deposit amounts are as specified on the Platform's deposit page and are subject to change.
• NewJili does not accept deposits from third-party accounts. The payment method used for deposits must be registered in your own name.
• NewJili reserves the right to reverse any deposit that cannot be verified as originating from a payment method owned by the registered account holder.

Withdrawals:

• Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, where technically possible, to comply with anti-money laundering requirements.
• NewJili targets a processing time of approximately 15 minutes for GCash and PayMaya withdrawals. Bank transfer withdrawals to BPI, BDO, and Metrobank typically complete within 1–3 business hours. These timeframes are targets and not guarantees.
• NewJili reserves the right to request identity verification documents before processing any withdrawal. Accounts that have not completed KYC verification may have withdrawal requests held pending document submission.
• Minimum and maximum withdrawal amounts are as specified on the Platform and are subject to change with notice.
• NewJili reserves the right to withhold or delay any withdrawal where there is a reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, bonus abuse, or breach of these Terms, pending investigation.

NewJili offers various bonuses, promotional credits, free spins, and other incentives to eligible players from time to time. The following general conditions apply to all bonuses and promotions unless otherwise specified in the individual promotion's terms:

• All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements. The applicable wagering multiplier, eligible games, and time limits will be stated in the specific promotion's terms and conditions.
• Bonus funds are separate from real-money funds in your wallet. Real-money funds are used first in all wagers unless the Platform specifies otherwise.
• Bonuses may only be claimed once per player, per household, per device, and per IP address, unless explicitly stated otherwise in the promotion terms.
• NewJili reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice.
• Any attempt to abuse, exploit, or manipulate bonus terms — including but not limited to creating multiple accounts, using automated software, or engaging in low-risk wagering strategies designed to clear wagering requirements without genuine play — will result in the forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings, and may result in account suspension.
• Voucher codes issued through the NewJili Voucher program are subject to the specific terms attached to each voucher at the time of issuance.

All games available on the NewJili Platform operate using certified random number generator (RNG) technology. Game outcomes are independently determined and are not influenced by previous results, account history, or any other external factor.

• Each game on the Platform has its own set of rules, return-to-player (RTP) percentage, and paytable. Players are responsible for reviewing the rules of each game before placing wagers.
• In the event of a technical malfunction, disconnection, or system error during a game session, NewJili will make reasonable efforts to resolve the issue and restore the game to its last confirmed state. NewJili's decision on the outcome of any disputed game round shall be final.
• Wagers placed and accepted by the Platform are final. NewJili will not reverse or cancel a wager after it has been confirmed, except in cases of a verified technical error on the part of the Platform.
• NewJili reserves the right to void any game round or wager where there is evidence of software malfunction, data corruption, or any other technical error that materially affected the game outcome.
• The use of automated software, bots, scripts, or any other tool designed to gain an unfair advantage in any game is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of all balances.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the NewJili Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant law enforcement or regulatory authorities:

• Registering more than one account or assisting another person in circumventing the one-account policy.
• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or at any subsequent point.
• Using the Platform for any money laundering, fraud, or other financial crime.
• Depositing funds obtained through illegal means or from payment methods not registered in your own name.
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game.
• Using any software, tool, or technique to interfere with, manipulate, or exploit the Platform's systems, games, or payment infrastructure.
• Engaging in any form of chargebacks or payment disputes in bad faith after receiving gaming services.
• Accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by law.
• Allowing or facilitating access to your account by any third party, including family members.

All content on the NewJili Platform — including but not limited to the NewJili brand name, logo, game graphics, software, text, images, audio, video, and user interface design — is the exclusive property of NewJili or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

• You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes.
• You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any content from the Platform without the prior written consent of NewJili.
• The NewJili name, logo, and all related marks are trademarks of NewJili. Unauthorized use of these marks is strictly prohibited.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, NewJili's total liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your NewJili account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

• NewJili shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill, arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform.
• NewJili does not warrant that the Platform will be available at all times, free from errors, or free from viruses or other harmful components. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance may result in temporary unavailability.
• NewJili shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from events beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, government actions, internet service disruptions, or third-party payment provider failures.
• You acknowledge that gambling involves risk and that you may lose money. NewJili is not responsible for any financial losses you incur through your use of the Platform.

NewJili collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms and is incorporated herein by reference. By using the Platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

NewJili implements industry-standard technical and organizational security measures to protect your personal data against unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction. However, no method of electronic transmission or storage is completely secure, and NewJili cannot guarantee absolute data security.

NewJili will not sell your personal data to third parties. Data may be shared with payment processors, identity verification providers, and regulatory authorities as required by law or as necessary to provide the Platform's services.

NewJili is committed to promoting responsible gaming practices among all players. We provide a range of tools to help you manage your gaming activity, including deposit limits, session time reminders, cooling-off periods, and self-exclusion options.

• Deposit Limits: You may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits on your account at any time through your account settings. Reductions to deposit limits take effect immediately. Increases to deposit limits are subject to a 24-hour cooling-off period.
• Self-Exclusion: If you feel that your gaming is becoming problematic, you may request a temporary or permanent self-exclusion from the Platform by contacting our support team. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours and cannot be reversed during the exclusion period.
• Session Reminders: You may set session time reminders that will notify you when you have been playing for a specified duration.

NewJili reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently terminate any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Failure to satisfy eligibility requirements, including age verification.
• Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other illegal conduct.
• Chargebacks or payment disputes initiated in bad faith.
• Bonus abuse or exploitation of Platform promotions.
• Use of prohibited software or tools.
• Provision of false or misleading information during registration or verification.
• At the player's own request for self-exclusion or account closure.

Upon account termination for cause, NewJili reserves the right to forfeit any bonus balances and, where applicable, any real-money balances associated with fraudulent or prohibited activity. Where termination is not for cause, any verified real-money balance will be returned to the player via their registered payment method following completion of any outstanding verification requirements.

You may request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting NewJili support. Voluntary closure requests will be processed within 5 business days, subject to any pending withdrawal or verification requirements.

NewJili reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, NewJili will notify registered players via email or through a prominent notice on the Platform prior to the changes taking effect, where reasonably practicable.

The date of the most recent revision will always be displayed at the top of this page. Your continued use of the NewJili Platform after any amendments have been published constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with the revised Terms, you must stop using the Platform and may request account closure.

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

In the event of any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the NewJili Platform, the parties agree to first attempt to resolve the dispute through good-faith negotiation. If the dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation within thirty (30) days, it shall be submitted to the jurisdiction of the appropriate courts of the Philippines.

Nothing in this clause shall prevent NewJili from seeking urgent injunctive or other equitable relief from a court of competent jurisdiction where necessary to protect its legitimate interests.
